Bahan :

1200 ml santan kental dan segar

2 batang sereh
1 sendok makan air jeruk nipis.

Cara Membuat Nasi Kuning Tumpeng :

Pertama Campur beras dan beras ketan, lalu cuci bersih dan tiriskan sampai kering, selanjutnya dikukus.
Sementara itu campur kunyit dan santan, kemudian saring dan buang ampas kunyitnya. Masak bersama daun salam, pandan dan juga sereh. Tambahkan garam sekucupnya. Masak hingga mendidih, kalau sudah Matikan api.
Masukkan beras yg masih panas tadi kedalam santan, aduk aduk hingga rata. Biarkan hingga santan terserap habis, dan beras menjadi aron. Tuangi air jeruk nipis. Aduk aduk rata.
Terkahir Kukuslah beras aron itu selama 20 menit, lalu angkat. Cetak dalam cetakan tumpeng, tapi jangan lupa ujung lancipnya sudah dialasi daun pisang dan dipoles sedikit minyak sayur supaya gak lengket..
