Posting sore hari, Kali ini kang Eko akan mencoba membahas tentang Printer Canon iP1980 Tulisan Tidak Rata / Garis Tidak Lurus. Kasus ini dulu pernah ditanyakan oleh salah satu pengunjung blog ini, akan tetapi pada saat itu kang Eko belum pernah ngalami secara langsung. OK langsung saja kita menuju ke TKP ......

Indikasi awal :
Hasil Print tidak bisa lurus atau rata kiri apalagi kalau untuk ngeprint garis akan sangat kelihatan tidak lurus. Berikut hasil printnya yg berhasil kang Eko abadikan :


Cara Service Canon iP1980 Tulisan Tidak Rata / Garis Tidak Lurus :

1. Bongkar canon iP1980 anda. Mohon maaf untuk panduan bongkar belum ada. Urutannya buka tutup samping kanan kiri dengan mendorong ke belakang, baru kemudian tutup bagian tengahnya.

2. Amati encodernya. Encoder adalah pita sensor yg terbuat dari plastik dengan motif / kode baris di permukaannya. Letaknya dibelakang Head Carriage / rumah catridge. Berikut gambarnya :




3. Kalau kasus kang Eko : encoder kena cipratan tinta, sehingga menutupi baris kode yg ada di encoder tersebut. untuk membersihkan tinta ini memang agak sulit, tapi kang Eko mencoba cara berikut yaitu dengan merendam encoder itu dengan air panas mendidih dan kemudian tinta coba dibersihkan dengan kuku tangan. tapi jangan sampai baris kodenya hilang. Kalau sampai hilang berarti anda harus mencari encoder yg masih bagus...

4. Jadi penyakitnya adalah encoder yg kena cipratan tinta. Dan akibatnya hasil print jadi kacau dan tidak lurus.... bahkan ada tulisan yg kelihatan patah seperti teriris..

5. Selesai....

Oya ... kasus ini tidak hanya khusus untuk iP1980 tapi bisa juga terjadi di canon type lainnya... yg memiliki encoder sebagai penuntun Head Carriage untuk bergerak..

Buka program wireshark.

Pertama masuk pada Capture – Option atau menekan tombol Capture Interfaces

Kemudian akan muncul tampilan window Capture Interfaces. Pilih Option pada Ethernet yang terpakai / yang tersambung dengan jaringan dalam kasus ini, Option pada 802.11 b+g Wireless LAN

Pilih interface (network card) yang akan digunakan untuk mengcapture packet. Pilih salah satu yang benar. Dalam kasus ini saya menggunakan USB Wifi sebagai sambungan ke internet maka yang saya pilih adalah 802.11 b+g.
Dan pastikan Capture packet in promecious dalam status ON.


Untuk menyimpan record yang tercapture, bisa mengaktifkan kolom File, pada bagian Capture File(s).
Pilih tombol Start untuk memulai merecord packet data yang masuk

Pertama-tama mungkin blom ada record yang masuk. Kembali ke halaman admin blog uad, dan tekan lah tombol LOGIN nya. Maka akan ada packet yang terecord

Klik tombol stop ( Alt+E ) setelah anda merasa yakin bahwa ada password yang masuk selama anda menekan tombol start. Pasti akan ada banyak sekali packet data yang merecord. Dari sini kita mulai menganalisa packet tersebut. Karena yang kita butuhkan adalah men-sniffing password, maka pada kolom Filter kita ketikkan http untuk lebih memudahkan pengelompokan packet data.

Biasanya login packet terdapat kata login atau sejenisnya. Dalam kasus ini kita menemukan packet dengan informasi POST /latif_ilkom/wp-login.php HTTP/1.1 …. Klik kanan pada packet tersebut, pilih Follow TCP Stream

Maka akan muncul informasi tentang packet data yang kita pilih. Disini lah kita bisa menemukan username dan password dari halaman administrator blog uad. Biasanya ditanda dengan tulisan berwarna merah.

Jika kita bisa menganalisa packet tersebut satu per satu maka kita akan tau data yang kita cari. Dalam kasus ini terlihat bahwa username=latif_ilkom dengan password rahasia sudah kita temukan

Langsung aja tidak usah basa-basi, kali ini saya akan membahas tentang Cara Install Windows XP dengan Flashdisk. Mungkin banyak teman-teman yang juga sudah memakainya, tapi mungkin banyak juga yang belum tahu. Tutorial Cara Install Windows XP dengan Flashdisk ini dijamin bisa 100%. Mau tahu ...?

Cara Install Windows XP dengan Flashdisk :

I. Siapkan bahan-bahannya :

1. CD OS Windows XP
2. Flashdisk kosong minimal 1 GB (hati-hati data yg ada di dalamnya akan terhapus
3. File USB PREP8 + PeToUSB, link downloadnya download MembuatFlashdiskBootableXP.rar (sudah termasuk Bootsect.exe)
4. File Bootsect.exe, link download sama dengan di no.3
5. Komputer lain yang memakai O/S Windows XP dengan ruang kosong di drive C minimal 1,5 Gb.

II. Tancapkan Flashdisk Kosong anda ke komputer.

III. Extract file MembuatFlashdiskBootableXP.rar yang telah anda download di drive C langsung.

Hasilnya tampak seperti di gambar ini :


IV. Jalankan file usb_prep8.cmd yang ada di folder usb_prep8 dengan cara dobel klik, sehingga tampil seperti gambar berikut ini :


Kemudian tekan sembarang tombol, dan akan muncul :


Terus Klik START =>> YES =>> YES, maka proses format akan segera di mulai dan flashdisk akan diformat menjadi flashdisk boot. Tunggu sampai keluar kotak : " Operation Completed Successfully ". Berarti proses format selesai. Kemudian close PeToUSB nya tapi JANGAN TUTUP JENDELA DOS dibelakangnya ...

V. Masuk RUN dan ketik CMD kemudian enter.
Kemudian jalankan file bootsect.exe di dalam folder bootsect dengan perintah DOS yang baru saja di buka itu. Hal ini dilakukan untuk memberikan flashdisk file boot manager. Caranya:
1. Setelah masuk DOS, ubah direktori aktifnya ke dirve yang ada folder bootsect-nya.
2. Kemudian setelah aktif di c: ootsect ketikkan perintah " bootsect.exe /nt52 e: " kemudian enter. "e:" adalah menunjukkan drive flashdisk anda.

Ikuti gambar berikut ini :



Setelah selesai kemudian tutup jendela bootsect. Sekali lagi JANGAN TUTUP JENDELA DOS YANG PALING PERTAMA TADI.

VI. Pada jendela DOS ketik 1 untuk mengarahkan ke drive dimana lokasi CD Master XP berada.



VII. Pilihan 2 lewati aja

VIII. Pilihan 3 untuk menentukan lokasi drive flashdisk anda.



IX. Pilihan 4 untuk memulai proses pembuatan Flashdisk Booting Install XP.
Kemudian jika muncul jendela permintaan jawab dengan YES atau kalau ada Press Any Key To Continue, tekan sembarang tombol. Begitu sampai dengan selesai.

Sudah sering Kang Jhon mendapatkan pertanyaan tentang cara reset MP198, dan baru kali ini kang Jhon mendapatkan ilmunya. Mau tahu Cara reset MP198 error E27 ...?


Baik langsung saja ya, karena kang Jhon nggak mau berpanjang lebar dan tinggi ....

Cara Resetter Canon MP198 error E27

1. Lepas kabel power printer.
2. Tekan dan tahan STOP/RESET kemudian tekan dan tahan POWER.
3. Lepas tombol STOP/RESET (tombol POWER jangan dilepas)
4. Tekan STOP/RESET 2 (dua) kali, kemudian lepaskan tombol POWER
5. Biarkan Lampu Hijau blink / kelip2x sampai head printer berhenti bergerak.

Sampai tahap ini printer sudah bisa digunakan, tetapi hanya sementara (kalau kabel power dicabut maka printer akan blink E27 lagi.
Agar reset MP198 jadi permanen maka harus MP198 harus direset pake software.

Sebelumnya driver MP198 harus sudah terinstall di komputer, dan MP198 dalam keadaan nyambung dengan komputer. (kabel USB terpasang)



6. Kemudian jalankan resetter tersebut.
7. Pada "Set location" Set: ASA (Asia Pacific) (tergantung lokasi)
8. Pasang kertas di MP198
9. Pada "Set Clear Waste Ink" Choose: "Main&Platen"
10. Klik "Cleaning1" untuk test print.
11. Pada "Clear Waste ink" Klik "Main"

12. Jika tidak ada lagi aktivitas dalam printer, Tekan tombol Stop/Reset Button.
Maka printer MP198 akan ngeprint status waste ink (D=000.0 Ps=000.0)

13. Pada "Clear Waste ink" Klik "Platen". Maka printer MP198 akan ngeprint status waste ink (D=000.1 Ps=000.0)

14. Matikan dan nyalakan printer MP198 anda.

15. Selesai!!!! Printer MP198 waste ink absorber counter / error E27 sudah berhasil di reset.
