Satu masalah yang kami hadapi saat team FastNCheap saat me-review Notebook Asus Eee PC 1201T, kami mendapati driver wireless belum terdeteksi oleh Windows 7 Home Premium. Kemudian kami mencarinya di Google Search Engine.
Kami menemukan official website Asus Indonesia yang disitu menyediakan download driver dari Notebook Eee PC 1201T. Sidikit membingunkan juga karena tersedia 3 pilihan driver yang dibuat untuk operating system windows 7. Pertama kali, kami memilih driver dengan ukuran file paling kecil (rencananya supaya lebih cepat saat download) dengan ukuran file 4.67 MB.
Selesai download, kami menginstalnya di notebook Asus Eee PC 1201T. Hasilnya, driver tersebut tidak cocok dengan hardware yang ada di notebook. Oleh karena itu, kami mencoba download ulang – kali ini memilih ukuran yang paling besar, sekitar 32.3 MB – dengan berasumsi kalau driver ini merupakan driver terakhir yang tentunya paling update. Hasilnya sama saja, belum cocok dengan notebook Asus Eee PC 1201T.
Terakhir kalinya, kami coba download versi kedua yang berukuran 16.18 MB. Hasilnya berbeda dari sebelumnya, wireless hardware bisa terdeteksi dengan baik. Hardware yang digunakan adalah Realtek RTL819SE Wireless LAN 802.11n PCI-E NIC, yang merupakan buatan pabrikan dari Taiwan.
Kesimpulan : Download dan install AW-NE107 Wireless Lan Driver for WIN 7 di website Asus Indonesia jika ingin mengaktifkan wireless di Notebook Asus Eee PC 1201T.
Sekarang, semua komponen notebook dapat berfungsi dengan baik. Anda dapat membawanya ke mana saja jika ingin melakukan mobile computing & nikmati pengalaman menarik dengan Notebook Asus Eee PC 1201T.

My clients personal computer was brought to me for check-up and repair. He said that whenever he attempts to open it, it automatically restarts. I have encountered this situation before and so I suspected that it is infected by a virus but not the same virus I encountered before. Ive tried first to disk clean up the HDD to recover some space. I found out that the HDD has little amount of free spaces which is much less than the required amount of disk space. Take note that in order for a HDD to work properly we must maintain at least 15% of free HDD space. Otherwise, we can expect a slow performance and sometimes hang up. During defragmentation also, we also need 15% of free space to allow the procedure. I got tired of doing trial and error, so I decided to apply combofix to remove the viruses and those files infected.
After I applied combofix, for over 10 minutes, I was able to recover 35% of free spaces compared from the previous which is only 9%. or a total of 45% after combofix. Combofix did find the virus identified as Brontok. The Brontok worms have almost eaten up the free spaces that is why the computer suddenly restarts due also to bad registy. Combofix restored the registry and those hidden files which was unaccessible prior to applying combofix. Then I started again to disk clean up and defragmenting the HDD.
The Brontok worm is a virus originated from Indonesia which is an attachments to an e-mail named Kangen.exe. Kangen means I miss you so much. The Brontok is also known with other names.
The PC is back to normal. It works smoothly.
Tips:
1. Study and learn about viruses and its behavior.
2. Never open an email if it is from an unknown source.
3. Maintain the required amount of HDD space which is 15% of the total HDD capacity.
4. Apply Disk clean up and Defragmentation once or as needed.
5. Never forget combofix, its effective!

5. Setelah itu klik salah satu list judul driver, seperti gambar di atas, lalu kita pilih satu misalnya "VGA" nanti akan tampil halaman dan link download driver VGA tersebut, serperti gambar :
6. Setelah itu sob, silahkan pilih link download salah satunya seperti gambar di atas, gambar di atas menunjukkan ada 3 link download seperti yang saya lingkari, lalu klik salah satu,
7. Setelah itu nanti sobat akan di bawa pada jendela baru untuk kofirmasi download, silahkan klik saja "Download this Installer" . Maka secara otomatis driver tersebut akan terdownload.
8. Untuk download driver lainnya silahkan ulangi langkah-langkah di atas.
