Troubleshooting When Install Microsoft net Framework 4 by Sofi Rahmatulloh

However, work in IT world isnt as smooth as we ever thought. Sometimes we get any trouble. So thats why we need any IT solution.

Right now, I want to share my experience at the time I install Microsoft .net framework.
At that time I just began to install Microsoft .net Framework. And I got some trouble.

System said that :

Installation Did Not Succeed
.net Framework 4 has not been installed because :
HRESULT 0xc8000222

When you close this wizard, you will be prompted to send a
problem report to Microsoft. For more information, see
Microsoft Error Reporting Service.

To be clear, I take a screen shot :

 This is a solution that I found to fix that problem.

1. Stop Windows update service. Type this command in command prompt : net stop WuAuServ
2. Rename the folder named SoftwareDistribution in your windows folder. You can find it in : C:WindowsSoftwareDistribution, Rename it to everyhting as you like. Such As : SoftwareDistribution.Old.Unmodified.
3.  Restart windows update service, open command prompt, type command : net start WuAuServ.
4. Right now, try again to install Microsoft .net Framework 4. It should work.

May there were an question, "How to open the command prompt ?".
This is a way how to open the command prompt :

1. Klik start button.
2. Klik All Program.
3. Klik accessories.
4. Klik command prompt.

Other way to open cmd :

1. Press windows button in your keyboard +  R.
2. Type : CMD.
